The McDuck DAO will be created at the PHASE 3 of the project development.

Types of proposals acceptable for DAO

Only the following decisions may be submitted for a vote by the SMDUCK DAO:

1. Fundamental choices in tokenomics

2. Incentive allocations for SMDUCK

3. Constitutional amendments to the SMDUCK

4. Acquisitions and fusions

Community, donor, and DAO proposal types that are eligible

Anyone with enough SMDUCK to vote has the right to make the following decisions:

1. List fresh (popular) farms or tokens

2. Partnerships ideas

3. Feature implementations

4. Charitable projects & campaigns

5. Decisions on influencers or marketing collaboration
