# McDuck DAO

The McDuck DAO will be created at the [PHASE 3](https://scrooge-mcduck.gitbook.io/scrooge-mcduck/smduck-token/roadmap#phase-3) of the project development.

### Types of proposals acceptable for DAO

Only the following decisions may be submitted for a vote by the SMDUCK DAO:

1. Fundamental choices in tokenomics
2. Incentive allocations for SMDUCK
3. Constitutional amendments to the SMDUCK
4. Acquisitions and fusions

### Community, donor, and DAO proposal types that are eligible

Anyone with enough SMDUCK to vote has the right to make the following decisions:

1. List fresh (popular) farms or tokens
2. Partnerships ideas
3. Feature implementations
4. Charitable projects & campaigns
5. Decisions on influencers or marketing collaboration
